When I was in elementary, I remember the teacher teaching us about explorers. The main one they would teach about is Christopher  Columbus on how he discovered America. It was until I got older and realized that he was lost and happened to stumble across America. Many of us are on a journey, but we’re lost trying to discover who we are. When the answers we’re looking for are really right in front of us.

The only way to discover who you are is to discover who your creator is. When God created you, He designed you for Greatness. Many of us don’t know how great we are because we haven’t fully allowed God to be God in our lives. We let
the world influences  us instead of letting God’s Word influences us. I used to try to be what the world said I was but it would never work out for me. So one day I decided to fully give my life to Jesus and I found out who I were created to be.
Matthew 10:39 states “He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it.

So if you feel lost today, just stay anchored in Christ. The day that you have been waiting on is right around the corner. When I was lost, I found out how bad I really needed God. I learn that sometimes you have to be lost and order to discover your blessing. When the time is right, your heart will aligned with God’s heart and you will discover the miracle you are.

This summer the Olympics will be in Brazil. People from all over the world are training to compete fo a gold metal. One of the top event in the Olympics is the high jump. The high jump is an event where competitors jump over a bar that is raised until one competitor can jump over it without dislodging it.

To be a successful high jumper, you must have strong legs. This event is so symbolic to life. Many of us are trying to jump over certain obstacles into new opportunities, but we can’t, because we have developed a limp from life.

A limp comes from when your legs are damaged or even stiff. Alot of us have developed a limp, because our faith isn’t strong enough, we begin to doubt God’s will,  and fear is in the way.  The enemy likes to see you in this stage, because he’s trying to keep you away from your blessing.

In order to get rid of a limp, you must first exercise your spiritual legs. Reading God’s word will strengthen your faith, remove doubt, and even eliminate fear. Sometimes we have to stop worrying, wondering, doubting, and have faith that God will give you strength to jump.

When God touches your limp, you will see how easily your jump really was.  So just like the track star will jump over the bar, you will also jump over the bar, but instead of hitting the ground, you will have learn how to fly.

Merriam Webster describes success as the fact of getting or achieving wealth, respect, ¬†or fame. Many people today paint the success picture just like Merriam Webster, saying success comes from money, but that’s not true. I have met plenty of people who weren’t fortunate enough to have alot of money, but if you ask them if they were successful, their answer would be yes. I have experienced some success in my life, but my success didn’t start until I truly learned to follow God.

Following God can lead you to so much success. Unlike the world, God’s success doesn’t stop here. if we live right, we will get to experience our spiritual success. When God tells us well done, thou good and faithful servant. At that moment we would have received the greatest success ever.
