Trust The Source

When God told Abraham and Sarah they were having a baby. Sarah replied back by laughing at God. Sarah mind couldnt comprehend what God was trying to do with there life. After she laugh at God, He simply ask her the question was anything too Hard For God.

Just like  Sarah we do the same thing with God. When God ask us to do something we try to find a resource to our problems instead of trusting in the source.  God is wanting us to  submit ourselves to him and trust in Him. God said he would never leave us nor forsake us. Hebrews 13:8 tells us Jesus is the same today, yesterday, and forever.  This verse just gives me hope.

Even though our circumstances may seem rough for a moment and we cant see the light from day. We must remember it’s a season and nota lifetime . We need to realized there’s nothing too hard for our God.  God is wanting us to become more than what we see in the mirror. If you run out of things to say doing your storm just remember Psalm 25 4-9.

Show me your ways, Lord, teach me your paths. Guide me in your truth and teach me,for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.Remember, Lord, your great mercy and love, for they are from of old.

Do not remember the sins of my youth and my rebellious ways; according to your love remember me, for you, Lord, are good.
Good and upright is the Lord;therefore he instructs sinners in his ways.He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them his way.

I would like to Thank you guys for reading my blogs. I want to leave a message with you. Trust God at His Word and learn to speak to thing. God has given us a voice to speak to things but we’re not operating in it. I pray today that you start to speak the Word of God into your life today. When a problem present itself and it seem like it want go away . Speak the Word of God at it. At the name of Jesus all things will break , at the name of Jesus all things will change, and there’s power in His name. I thank God for you and I’m happy to see things are already changing for you. All you have to do is trust the source. Thanks for reading and I’ll see you guys next week.

What Are You Feeding Your Gift ?

2 Timothy 1:6 (NIV) tells us for this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands.

A fire cannot start unless it’s getting fed by the wind. Once the right amount of wind is present, the fire will start. That same fire can create heat, light, and even take over any area. The same principle works with the gift that God has place within you. Alot of people will never reach this feeling because they’re not feeding their gift properly. My question to you is, what are you feeding your gift.

Sometimes we have to reignite the fire and order to get the gift moving again on the inside. When we ignite the fire, it makes our flames grow. A flame is the glowing body of the fire. The more you feed the fire, the bigger your flames will become. God wants to create a fire on the inside of you. He wants you to start acting on the things that he have place in your life.Once you start acting on them, He will shine through you.

Matthew 5:16 tells us in the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in Heaven. Remember light can take over any area. When we let God light shine through us, we begin to change the world.

Don’t Give Up

Luke 5:2 – And He saw two boats lying at the edge of the lake, but the Fisherman, having gone out from them, were washing their nets.

When fisherman’s are done fishing they normally wash their net.  Washing their net is a process that consists of drying and mending their net.  While fishing you never know what you’re going to pull out of your net. The main goal is to pull out fish but sometimes we get trash, seaweed, sticks , dead fish, and even the wrong fish caught in our net.  These things cause us to get holes in our net.

Just like life we can develop holes in our net on the search for what God has in store for us.  God don’t want us to focus on the holes because He’s a mender.  God wants us to focus on the physical things and let Him take care of the things we can not see.

Mending is a hard process because it leaves you tired and sometimes angry.  Never get angry with the process. Even when your mending, it’s  preparing  you for the fish to come.  Continue to work while you wait on your blessing. Remember Faith without works is Dead .

Tired ? Impatient? Dissatisfied ?

A weary soul gets in the way of life.It definitely gets in the way of the life God intended for us to live, because we focus on the problem instead of taking it to God.

Being weary causes you to make bad decisions which deter you from the path God intended for you to walk. For example, people who get tired of waiting for love end  up settling with just anyone. That anyone could be a liar, a cheater, or be abusive. But your bad decision of  not waiting for the right one (because you’re tired of being alone) causes you to suffer and go through pain that you didn’t have to endure.

Overall, it’s just bad for your spiritual health and well being. A weary spirit is like the animated game Pac Man. If you allow that spirit to stay around long enough or neglect to resist it, it will devour you life. You try to make all these”right” turns, you act impulsively, and end up losing! A weary spirit brings doubt, it makes your physical and spiritual body tired, and eventually you give up.

However, if we would remember Isaiah 40:29 when that spirit comes to distract us during our walk, “He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.”

When we are at our weakest God is at His strongest. God is just waiting on us to surrender to Him. Let Him know that you are weak and you need Him to be just who He is, God! God will give you the strength you need to move that mountain.

Learn to face the things that make you weary with God’s word, and watch how your outlook on those problems are transformed.

Weariness is a part of life, but our response to weariness makes the difference!

Timing is the key

Ecclesiastes chapter 3 verse 1 & 2 – there is an appointed time for everything. And there is a time for every event under the heaven. A time to give birth and a time to die; a time to plant and a time to uproot what is planted

Timing can be a tricky thing because we expect things to work right now but that isn’t how God works. A lot of your plans will be blocked or rejected for the good of your season to come. There will even be people that God removes from your life and it has nothing to do with you. So don’t linger on former relationships because if God wanted you there or them to be there they will still be there.

Sometimes it causes you to wonder if you did something wrong but you did everything right. In the same form of fashion it causes you to have pain but God will not cause pain without allowing something new to be born. The pain you felt was creating the new you. It takes pressure to build a diamond . Now it’s time to trust God’s process.

Even in the lions den Daniel continued to pray and God sent his angel to protect him. When life have made you feel like you’re in a den continue to pray. Even when it feels like you can’t pray say the Lord’s Prayer. Eventually you will add to it and your prayer life will grow stronger. Just like God sent the angel to protect Daniel, He have sent some angels to protect you as well. Now it’s time to get on fire for God.

Your season is right around the corner and it’s time to break the chains that bind you. All you has to do is remain planted in the word of God.
